Before starting, do not be alarmed! Holiworking does not mess around with the data you are providing us. Neither do we sell them, nor do we give them away.
We will not do to your data what we would not want someone else to do to ours!

Your data is processed and kept by Holiworking. That includes an answer to the demand, an appointment, or an exchange about your project. Your data is kept for 10 years at maximum.

Transferring Data Outside of the European Union

Holiworking undertakes to respect the applicable regulation concerning the transferring of data to foreign countries. Holiworking may have to transfer data abroad if you become a Holiworking or a Holicompany. In that case, a consent form will be submitted to you for prior signature.

Holiworking implements every appropriate technical and organizational technique thanks to physical and logical security means to guarantee a security level adapted to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data.
